COP29 Azerbaijan — MOC, CCTV, SOC/NOC Implementation
For the international COP29 conference in Baku, STV Global delivered a full suite of mission-critical infrastructure solutions to ensure seamless coordination, security, and real-time monitoring throughout the event. Our team designed and deployed a Main Operations Center (MOC) as the central hub for event management and decision-making. In addition, we implemented a comprehensive CCTV network, together with fully integrated Security Operations Center (SOC) and Network Operations Center (NOC) — enabling centralized monitoring of security, IT, and network performance.
Centralized Event Operations
The Main Operations Center (MOC) served as the command hub of COP29, bringing together decision-makers and operators in a unified environment. With real-time data feeds and an integrated management suite, the MOC ensured that every aspect of the event was monitored, coordinated, and optimized for flawless execution.
Integrated Security & Connectivity
To ensure maximum safety and reliability during COP29, STV Global deployed a comprehensive CCTV system covering all key areas of the venue, providing real-time situational awareness and rapid incident response. Alongside this, a fully integrated SOC/NOC setup delivered centralized oversight of cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and network performance.
